1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the newpok platform and you ("User" or "Player"). By accessing, registering on, or using the newpok website, mobile site, or any related service in any way, you agree to fully accept all of the following terms and conditions.

• 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
• Wagering requirement: 20x (based on the original bonus amount).
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is claimable only once and applies to one account.
• Bonuses will not be given to multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, or payment method.
• newpok reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If wagering is not completed within the set time limit after claiming a bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular players may join the newpok VIP Program. There are four tiers:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

VIP tier progression is based on your continued participation and activity on the platform. The benefits of each tier are determined by newpok and are subject to change.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the newpok platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial method.
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to fraudulently obtain bonuses.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward other players or newpok staff.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems or software.
• Creating an account using stolen identity or false personal information.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by any external method.

7. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the newpok platform — logos, trademarks, designs, graphics, text, software, and other elements — is owned by newpok or the relevant licensor and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, distribute, publish, or use any content from the platform for commercial purposes without the prior written permission of newpok. Limited permission is granted to view content for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Limitation of Liability

newpok makes every effort to provide a safe and reliable platform, however our liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• If gameplay is disrupted due to internet disconnection or a technical fault.
• If loss occurs due to a problem with your own device or network.
• If your account credentials fall into the hands of a third party due to your own negligence.
• If service is disrupted by circumstances beyond your control (Force Majeure).

Under no circumstances will newpok be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

newpok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If registration was completed using false or incomplete information.
• If age verification fails or evidence is found of an underage person using the account.
• If there is suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.

You may also request account closure at any time through our support team. In the case of voluntary closure, any valid withdrawal will be processed.
